Room Rate: Weekdays: $119.90+ 12% tax = $134.29. Weekends: $129.90+ 12% tax = $145.49, for king or queen. Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 11am. Free Continental Breakfast, Pool, Jacuzzi and Fitness Area. All rooms have a balcony and WiFi connection. A four night stay comes to: $559.56. Two handicap rooms are available.
Reunion update: Alamo Scout room rates are good right up to the day of the reunion. If you still want to go to the reunion and can't decide until the day before, it's not too late. Call either Jerry or Russ for more details.

SCHEDULE of Events:
Wednesday, June 16th: Travel Day: Start arriving at 3pm. Hospitality Suite opens at 4pm.
Thursday, June 17th: We will start out in the morning with a bus trip to the Gene Autry Museum. It’s an all day event which includes a tour through LA, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, a drive down Rodeo Drive and pretty much anywhere we want to go. We have the bus for 8 hours. We’ll have lunch at the Gene Autry museum cafeteria. Lunch on you.
Friday, June 18th: Morning: ASA Business Meeting in the Hospitality Suite. Time: TBD. Also James Zobel from the MacArthur Memorial will do a powerpoint presentation about the Memorial. He will give you clues on finding Veterans records. This should last one hour.
At 1pm we will take a tour of the harbor on a 2 hour boat trip on the 65 foot Pacific Spirit, a 40-75 passenger boat.
At 6pm is the Banquet Dinner at Cory’s Restaurant, Long Beach. It’s on the water just down the road from the hotel. (Cocktails at 6pm and Dinner at 7pm). Guest speaker is COL. Mark Rosengard, a career Special Forces officer. He has been involved in special ops since training for and being on the back up team for Desert One in 1980. He was the officer who planned Operation Anaconda in Afghanistan in 2003, and has been the Director of Operations for US Special Operations Command Europe and US Special Operations Command-Central to include current operation in the Middle East and Africa.
Saturday, June 19th: Do as you please day. Spend time together. If you would like to go off on your own for the day and need some information on what to see, call Jerry Littlefield @ 562-439- 7847. There’s Disneyland, Knox Berry Farm, the Getty Museum, LA Zoo, Griffith Park Observatory, The Air Museum at John Wayne Airport and much much more.
Sunday, June 20th: General departure.
The total price of the reunion package is, $120.00, which includes, registration fee (pays for the four day use of the hospitably suite, soda, beer, wine, alcohol and snacks). The bus for the day which includes the bus, driver, fuel and tip. The boat ride on the harbor, (Transportation provided). Banquet Dinner which includes dinner (Buffet style, Chicken & Steak, and 2 bottles of wine at each table, (Red & Wine) (Transportation provided from the hotel).
Please Note: The $120.00 does not include hotel, plane fare or any breakfasts, lunches or dinners except for the banquet dinner, or the admission fee to the Gene Autry Museum which is $4.40 a person, Veterans are free.
For those who are only going to the Banquet Dinner the charge is $40.00 per person.

P.S. You can fly into the Long Beach Airport (LGB). The hotel will provided free shuttle to and from Airport.
Other Airports: John Wayne Airport (SNA), Orange County, California and Los Angeles International (LAX), Los Angeles, California... No free shuttle provided.
Seal Beach is 26 miles south from LAX, 15 miles north from SNA and 6 miles south from LGB.
